My stay at the hotel was simply awesome with plenty of room, a wonderful view, and a courteous, friendly staff who prided themselves on their work. However, the rooms need to be updated, but the daily maid service overlooking the tropical garden was a nice touch.

The service was exceptional with attentive staff who checked on us daily to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. They even offered to clean our glasses, a nice touch. The front desk, bell stand, and concierge provided excellent service and went out of their way to handle personal requests.

The location was perfect, right beside the Marina in a quiet area. It was easy to access downtown and the airport using local buses. The short walk to the marina with shops and restaurants made it ideal for exploring the area.

The dining experience had its ups and downs. The service was good, and the food was delicious, but there were some instances of bad service and only decent food. For a more pleasant experience, I would recommend eating in the room.

I couldn't get enough of the spectacular ocean view from the beautiful deck. The resort facilities with palm trees, deep blue pools, and a plethora of activities like parasailing and fishing made my stay unforgettable. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, featuring channels in both Spanish and English. Although they seemed to go vacant for the night, the overall ambiance was very nice.

The service here was exceptional, some of the best I've ever experienced at a resort. The staff was incredibly nice, full of useful information, and always on top of things when needed. They even assisted with arranging taxis and provided assistance with various services.

The location is my favorite aspect of this hotel. It's conveniently located, just a short walk to the marina area with plenty of dining options. The manager and the staff were fantastic, always ready to help with any requests and providing great local recommendations.

While the dining experience was a bit disappointing with not-so-great service and decent food, the fresh and local products were a highlight. The prices were a bit high, and the American taste could be better catered to. I would recommend opting to dine in the room for a more enjoyable experience.

The hotel is in a superb location near the marina, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooms, although a bit worn in some areas, are overall very pleasant. The service from the front desk, bell stand, and concierge is exceptional, always attentive and friendly. The dining experience could be improved with better service and variety. The hotel's facilities are great, especially the palapas on the beach.
